Two plants were put into operation in Zhanaarkinsky district of the Karaganda region: crushing and sorting and asphalt concrete. The production was launched by a local businessman. “Taking into account the preparatory time the construction of two plants took 3 months. Factories’ productivity is 80 tons per hour. Since last year, work has kicked off on the medium repair of Karaganda-Zhezkazgan road and Atasu-Karazhal paving. We, as contractors and suppliers of material, are involved in the process,” director of Arka Kurylys 2009 LLP, Serik Bazarbekov, commented on the issue. It should be noted, that two plants will create around about 30 jobs, 80% of them for the local residents. The total cost of the projects exceeded 200 million tenge.
