The Czech investor Bauer Technics will become one of the key participants in the program for the revival of the Belarusian pig industry. According to the Chairman of the Board of Bauer Technics, Pavel Rampir, the company signed contracts for the construction of five complexes for the cultivation of pigs and cattle on the territory of Belarus. The cost of each is estimated at about €30 million, the total cost of projects in Belarus will make up €150 million. It is worth noting, that the first pig farm is being built near Orsha, and this project should be implemented before the end of this summer. It should be further noted, that Bauer Technics is already operating on the Belarusian market, which accounts for around 60% of the company’s sales.
