Bakyrchik mining enterprise (BME) LLP is developing a large-scale gold mining project Kyzyl (includes the Bakyrchik and Bolshevik fields), which refers to world-class assets: its reserves are estimated at 280 tons of gold with an average grade of 7,7 grams of gold per ton. It is worth informing, that the ores of Kyzyl are characterized by an extremely complex technology of gold extraction. It should be furthermore noted, that the BME LLP will reach its designed capacity in 2019, production will amount to over ten tons of gold per annum. The first ten years of Kyzyl will be open-pit-mining, the transition to underground mining is planned afterwards (more than 20 years).
